How to preview your Facebook Page
- Add your cover photo and your logo or picture. Or “Try a sample” to see how it works first.
- Write the Page name and bio. Say what the Page is about in the first line.
- Add your category, website and followers. They show in the intro and under the name, as visitors see them.
- Add posts. Write a few, add images, and see where long posts get cut with “See more”.
- Check phone and desktop, light and dark, and download the preview as a picture.
Your Page stays in this browser. The pictures are read on your device and never uploaded.
Cover and logo: what visitors see first
The cover is wide on computers and cropped to its middle on phones, and your profile picture covers its bottom left. A logo shows inside a circle: leave space around it so the corners aren’t cut. Check both here before you change them on the Page.

Tips for a Page that gets followed
- Say what you offer, in plain words. The bio and the category are what people scan first.
- Use the cover as a sign. Your offer or your next event, readable on a phone.
- Pin a post that shows your work. A carousel of your products or your best tips works well.
