What does each plan include?

Without an account, you can make one AI carousel from your idea in the box at the end of any page. It opens in the editor with up to 8 slides, written by Auto, which picks the right voice for your idea, and you can change every word, but you can’t download it. Downloading, more AI carousels, AI pictures and AI edits come with Pro and Team.

• The try is one carousel. It stays in the browser where you made it. Downloading and making more come with a free account, then Pro or Team.
• Pro and Team reset on the 1st of each month, the same date for everyone. Unused credits don’t carry over.
• A failed attempt is given back. If the AI errors or times out, the credit returns. Searching stock photos, editing by hand and downloading never use credits.
• The free plan is a one-time trial. A free account gives a few AI carousels, AI pictures and AI edits once, on the website and in the Android app, with a small mark on downloads.

Your account and where your work is saved

• Sign up: click Get Pro in the plans window, which creates the account and takes payment together. Confirm your email from the link we send: AI needs a confirmed, permanent email address.
• Log in or change your details: click your picture at the top right. Account and billing has your name, email and password; the log-in window has a link for a forgotten password.
• Where projects live: without an account, projects stay in the browser where you made them. Clearing browser data or using a private window can lose them. Pro and Team save them in the cloud, and they open on any device when you log in.
• Moving from the old editor? Sign in using the same browser and your earlier carousels come over by themselves.

How do I cancel, find an invoice or report a wrong charge?

• Cancel any time: your picture › Account and billing, then the plan section. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is deleted.
• Switch between monthly and yearly: in the same window. Prices are in US dollars, and the checkout shows the final amount before you pay.
• Refunds: payments aren’t refunded because you aren’t satisfied or didn’t use the plan, and yearly plans aren’t refunded once paid. The free try lets you see it on your own idea before you pay. The terms have the details.
• Charged twice or charged by mistake: write to us from your account email within 7 days, with the date and amount of the payment, and we refund it.
• Invoices: past payments are listed in the billing part of Account and billing. Need a company name or address on one? Email us with the month.
• Paid but Pro isn’t showing? Reload the page, or log out and back in with the email you paid with. If Pro still doesn’t show, tell us the payment date.

Downloads, quality and the small mark

Download is the black button at the top right of the editor. Choose PDF for LinkedIn (one file with every slide) or PNG images for Instagram, TikTok, X and Threads. Every download is full quality, 2,160 px wide, on every plan.

Downloads come with a free account, with a small “Made with aiCarousels” mark, and with Pro and Team, with no mark. The carousel download guide covers each platform, and the LinkedIn PDF checker tests a file before you post it.

When something doesn’t work

• “The AI is busy right now”: wait a minute or two and try again. A carousel usually takes 30 to 60 seconds.
• A sign-in or payment window didn’t open: allow pop-ups for the site and pause ad or privacy blockers, then try again.
• Any other error: reload the page. Your work is saved as you go, so reloading is safe unless the editor says “Not saved”.

Contact support

Write to us. In the app, Help › Contact support opens an email with a small line about your app version and page; please leave it in, it helps us find the problem. Tell us your account email, what you were doing and the exact message you saw. Ideas and feature requests go to the same address.
