Pricing is a design problem, not a maths problem. Here are the checks I run before every launch.

Right-click a post you like on LinkedIn, Instagram or TikTok. It lands in your aiCarousels Inspiration with every slide and its text, ready to copy its style or one slide’s layout.
A short demo. In Chrome, someone right-clicks a carousel on LinkedIn and picks aiCarousels, then Save carousel + text. It is saved to Inspiration as a carousel with all 5 slides. In aiCarousels they choose Use its style: the colours and fonts are pulled out of that carousel, their own slide takes on the new look, and they save it as a theme. We copy the design, never the words or pictures.
The extension saves. aiCarousels does the rest. It takes a minute to set up, then every save is one right-click.
Open the Chrome Web Store page, click Add to Chrome, then Add extension. Pin it from the puzzle icon so it stays in your toolbar. In aiCarousels, the Browser extension page (under Tools in the menu) then says Connected.
On LinkedIn, right-click the post’s text, an image, a video or the inside of a document. Choose aiCarousels, then Save carousel + text, Save carousel only or Save text only. On Instagram and TikTok the item reads Save post to aiCarousels.
A small message appears at the bottom of the page, like “Saved to Inspiration · Carousel · 8 slides”, with Open. The toolbar icon shows … while it saves, then a check mark, or ! if something went wrong.
New saves come into the app when you open the Inspiration page, or when you switch back to its tab. Each save keeps every slide and, if you asked for it, the post’s text.
Open the save and pick Make one like this, Use its style, Use this slide’s layout or My take, as a carousel. You get the design. The words and photos stay with the person who made it. More on what each choice copies from a saved post.
What you see in the menu depends on what you right-click. Every slide comes along, up to the limits below.
| You right-click | Menu choices | Good to know |
|---|---|---|
| A carousel on LinkedIn | Save carousel + text, Save carousel only, Save text only | Works inside a LinkedIn document too |
| One image | Save image + text, Save image only | For posts with a single picture |
| A video | Save video cover + text, Save video cover only | The cover picture is saved, not the clip |
| A post with only text | Save post text | Keeps the words for later |
| A post on Instagram or TikTok | Save post to aiCarousels | Rare HEIC photos on TikTok are skipped |
Limits per save: 60 images, 25 MB per image and 150 MB in total.
Open Inspiration opens aiCarousels. Recent saves lists each save with its state: Saving…, Saved (waiting for the app), In aiCarousels, Some slides missing, or Couldn’t save with a Retry button.
The ⋯ on a save has Open original post and Remove from this list, which only clears the extension’s copy: what’s already in aiCarousels stays. In Settings, the app address is found for you when you open aiCarousels.
The extension is a save button and nothing more. It doesn’t watch what you browse.
Nothing on the page is read until you choose to save a post.
It saves posts and nothing else. It never posts, and never reads your messages.
They wait in your browser until you open aiCarousels, then move into Inspiration.
Its Chrome Web Store listing says it has no ads, no analytics and no remote code. Here is how to tell if any extension is safe on LinkedIn.
Making something from a save copies the look. Your writer writes your own words.
LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok change often. Posts with many images save the ones shown in the feed.
| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| No aiCarousels item when you right-click | Check you’re on LinkedIn, Instagram or TikTok in Chrome, with the extension switched on. Reload the tab: tabs opened before you installed it need one reload. |
| “Not installed yet” in aiCarousels | Click Install extension, add it in the Chrome Web Store, then come back to the aiCarousels tab. |
| Saved, but not in Inspiration | Open the Inspiration page and keep the tab visible so the app can bring the save in. The popup then says In aiCarousels. |
| Some slides missing | On a LinkedIn document, scroll through every page so they all load, then save it again. The save is updated. |
| Couldn’t save | Click Retry in the popup, or right-click the post and save it again. |
| On a phone or another browser | Use Add files on the Inspiration page with screenshots, a PDF or a video. |
Yes. It’s free in the Chrome Web Store, and saving a post doesn’t use any AI edits. Making a theme, a layout or a carousel from a save uses about 1 AI edit per result.
Yes. LinkedIn is its main focus. On Instagram and TikTok, right-click a post and choose Save post to aiCarousels.
Yes. Right-click inside the document and save it. If the popup says Some slides missing, scroll through the whole document so every page loads, then save it again.
No. It never posts and never reads your messages. It only runs when you right-click, and your saves stay in your browser until you open aiCarousels.
No, it needs Chrome on a computer. On a phone, take screenshots and add them with Add files on the Inspiration page, or add a PDF or a video.
It saves a video’s cover picture, not the clip, with the post’s text if you want it.
Enter your idea and create your first carousel.
Welcome back: open the editor and pick up where you left off.
