LinkedIn Carousel Size Checker & Resizer

Add your slides or your PDF and see them as a LinkedIn document post: which pages are another shape, which pictures are too small, and how the post looks on a phone and on a computer. Then download one PDF at 1080 × 1350 (4:5), 1080 × 1080 or 1920 × 1080, ready to post. Free, no sign-up, nothing uploaded.

The best LinkedIn carousel size (2026)

A LinkedIn carousel is a document post: a PDF (or a PowerPoint or Word file) shown page by page. LinkedIn takes files up to 100 MB and 300 pages.

ShapePage sizeGood for
4:5 portrait1080 × 1350 pxFills the most of the feed on phones. The usual carousel size.

16:9 landscape1920 × 1080 pxPresentation slides. Small on phones, where many people read.

How to check your slides and make the PDF

  1. Add your slides. Pictures, or the PDF you already have. Each PDF page becomes a slide. No file at hand? Try the sample.
  2. Read the checks. “Ready to post?” shows pages of another shape, pictures under 1080 px, and whether the text in your PDF is real text.
  3. Pick the size. 4:5, 1:1 or 16:9, then crop odd pages to fill or fit them inside on a colour or a blurred background.
  4. See the post. “In the post” shows the document as LinkedIn does: pages side by side on a computer, one at a time on a phone.
  5. Download the PDF. One page per slide, all the same size. Upload it to LinkedIn as a document and give it a title.

Everything happens in your browser: your slides and PDFs are never uploaded.

How LinkedIn shows a document

  • The first page sets the frame. Pages of another shape are shown smaller inside it, with bars around them.
  • The title shows on the post. LinkedIn puts the document’s title and page count on the first page. Keep the title short.
  • Phones show one page at a time. On a computer several pages show side by side, so the first two pages are seen together.

Sharp pages on LinkedIn

  • Keep real text. A PDF exported from Canva, PowerPoint or Google Slides keeps its text as text, sharp at any zoom. A PDF made of pictures looks soft when people zoom.
  • Pictures with enough pixels. A picture that fills a 1080-px page needs about 1080 px across. The LinkedIn PDF checker measures each one.
  • Big enough text. Text under about 24 px on a 1080-px page is hard to read on a phone.

Frequently asked questions

What size should a LinkedIn carousel be?

1080 × 1350 px (4:5) fills the most of the feed on phones. 1080 × 1080 px works well too. Make every page the same size.

How do I post a carousel on LinkedIn?

Save your slides as one PDF, then start a post, choose “Add a document”, upload the PDF and give it a title. This tool makes the PDF from your slides.

How many pages can a LinkedIn document have?

Up to 300 pages, in a file up to 100 MB.

Why is my LinkedIn carousel blurry?

Usually the pages are pictures with too few pixels, or the text was turned into a picture. Export with real text and pictures of at least 1080 px across, and check the PDF with the LinkedIn PDF checker.

Can I mix sizes in one LinkedIn PDF?

You can, but LinkedIn shows every page inside the first page’s frame, so pages of another shape look smaller. Resize them all to one size here.

Are my slides uploaded?

No. Everything is read and made on your device; your slides are kept in this browser until you start over.
