Delete your aiCarousels account
For the aiCarousels website (www.aicarousels.com), the aiCarousels app (www.aicarousels.com/app) and the aiCarousels Android app on Google Play, by aicarousels.com. They all use the same account. aiCarousels is operated by aiCarousels AB, Malmö, Sweden.
To delete your account and its data:
- Send an email to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my aiCarousels account”.
- We reply to confirm. If we can't tell that the request comes from the account owner, we'll ask you to confirm from that email address.
- We cancel any active subscription, close your account and delete your data within 30 days. We email you when it's done.
What we delete
- Your account details: name, email address and sign-in.
- Projects saved to your account (Pro and Team): carousels, posts, captions and their versions.
- Pictures saved to your account, and your brand kits, ghostwriters, themes, layouts, characters and other settings.
- Your LinkedIn connection and its access token, if you connected LinkedIn.
- Your usage counts (how many AI carousels, pictures and edits you've used).
What we keep, and for how long

We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.
Data kept on your own device
On the Guest and Free plans, projects, pictures and preferences are saved in your browser or in the app's storage on your phone, not on our servers. To remove them, delete them in the app or clear the site data in your browser. In the Android app: Settings → Apps → aiCarousels → Storage → Clear storage.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can do this yourself at any time in the app:
- Projects: Projects → ⋯ on a project → Move to bin, then delete it from the bin for good.
- Pictures: Media → select pictures → Delete.
- Brand kits, ghostwriters, themes and layouts: open them and choose Delete.
- LinkedIn: disconnect it from your account menu.
Or email [email protected] and tell us which data to delete. We do it within 30 days.
