Your name travels with every slide
Carousels get saved, reposted and screenshotted. The signature is the small bar on your slides with your photo, name, role or handle, logo and website, so people always know who made it.
Sign your carousel once
Fill it in on one carousel, save it to your brand kit, and every new carousel starts with it.
- 01
Open Signature
In the editor, open the Carousel panel › On every slide › Signature. Or click the signature bar on any slide: Edit signature… opens the same panel.
- 02
Add your name and photo
If your slides still say “Your name”, the panel shows Add your name and photo. Type your name and your role or handle, like “Founder at Acme” or “@yourhandle”, upload a photo, and add a logo if you like. Photos are resized for you, so pick one that still works as a small profile picture.
- 03
Choose where it shows
Pick the slides (Every slide, First & last, First only or Last only), then the position, alignment, size and photo shape. Click slide numbers in the panel to hide or show it on single slides.
- 04
Save it to your brand kit
Click Save to brand kit so every new carousel has it too. In a carousel made before, Use the brand kit’s copies it back in. Your brand kit keeps your look and writer as well.
Every signature option
All of these sit in the Signature panel. The same choices are in the Signature part of each brand kit.

Every slide, or just the ends
On every slide, each screenshot still carries your name. First & last keeps the middle slides clean while the cover and the ending say who you are.

A person, a company, or both
Lead with your face or your logo
In a brand kit, a Person kit leads with your photo and name. A Company kit leads with the logo and brand name, and on Pro it switches the writer to Studio. With Spread alignment you get both: the person on the left, the brand on the right. The same signature on every post is part of looking and sounding the same every time.
Without an account you keep 1 brand kit, Pro 10 and Team 50, so each client or product can have its own signature.
The small print, in plain words
Your writer reads it
The AI uses your signature for your name and links, so it doesn’t have to guess them.
Shown in Preview
Preview shows your carousel as a real post, with the name and photo from your signature.
Checked before download
Slides that still say “Your name” get a warning, with an Add your name button.
Hide it on one slide
Click the bar on a slide and choose Hide on this slide, or use the slide’s ⋯ menu.
Not on 9:16 slides
Reels and TikTok sizes normally have no signature bar, except layouts that show the author.
Styled by your theme
Its look follows your theme. Fine-tune it in Customize theme › Style › Signature & footer.
Frequently asked questions
How do I add my name to every carousel slide?
Open Carousel › On every slide › Signature, type your name, add a photo and set Slides to Every slide. Then click Save to brand kit so new carousels start with it.
Can I show my signature only on the first and last slide?
Yes. Under Slides, pick First & last, First only or Last only. You can also click slide numbers in the panel to choose single slides.
Can I use a logo instead of a photo?
Yes. Upload a logo, and hide the photo with its eye. A Company brand kit leads with the logo and brand name.
Why do my slides still say “Your name”?
Your signature isn’t filled in yet. Open Signature and add your name and photo, or apply a brand kit that has them.
Why is there no signature on my TikTok slides?
9:16 sizes, used for TikTok and Reels, normally have no signature bar, except layouts that show the author themselves.
