Every carousel and post is saved as you edit and listed on the Projects page. Put them in folders by client or series, tag what you’ve posted, and get back what you deleted. On Pro and Team they live in your account and open on any device.
Your work is saved in your browser first, every time you change something. The top of the editor says where it went: “Saved in the cloud” when you’re signed in to Pro or Team, “Saved in this browser” without an account.
| Account | Saved | How many | On another device |
|---|---|---|---|
| No account | In this browser | Up to 5 | Not there: they stay in the browser where you made them |
| Pro | In your account | Unlimited | Sign in and they’re there, with their pictures |
| Team | In your account | Unlimited | Sign in and they’re there, with their pictures |
Projects in the bin don’t count towards the limit.
Open Projects in the left menu. Everything you made is there, newest edit first, as a grid or a list.
Group projects by client or series, each folder in its own colour. Deleting a folder keeps the carousels in it.
Mark a project as posted after you download it, then filter by status. It’s your own record: the app doesn’t check LinkedIn.
“Search projects” finds titles and theme names. Sort by Last edited, Date created or Name, and filter by platform.
A copy called “(copy)” to work on, so a carousel that did well becomes the start of the next one: do more of what works.
Tick the round checkbox (Shift-click for a range) to move, mark, download or bin several projects together.
“Move to bin” comes with Undo. Projects stay in the bin until you restore them or delete them forever.
Click New folder and name it, for example “Client · Northwind”. Drag a card onto it, or use the card’s ⋯ menu › Move to folder…, which works on a phone too. The All view still shows everything, so nothing gets lost inside a folder.
Each card’s ⋯ menu also has Open, Download… (without opening it), Rename, Duplicate, Mark as posted and Move to bin. Several projects download in one go, each in the right format for its app: downloading several at once.
On Pro and Team, projects are saved to your account. Sign in on another computer, a tablet or a phone and pick up where you stopped.
Every change is saved on your device at once and sent to your account a few seconds after, and again when you close the tab. The editor shows “Saving to the cloud…”, then “Saved in the cloud”. Sign in anywhere else and everything you made (projects, brand kits, themes, writers) loads there, with the pictures it uses.
Lost your connection? Keep working. The editor says “Saved here; will sync when online”, and it catches up when you’re back. If you edit the same carousel on two devices, the app tells you (“This carousel changed on another device”) and lets you choose: nothing is overwritten without a word.
Video clips are the exception: they stay on the device where you added them.
Deleting a project moves it to the bin, and a message offers Undo straight away. Without an account, binning a project also makes room under the limit.
On the Projects page, open the Bin card (or search “Bin” with ⌘K). Each project says when it was deleted.
Click Restore, or Restore all. It comes back to the folder it was in. Delete forever and Empty bin can’t be undone, so they ask first.
On Pro and Team, in your account: they open on any device when you sign in. Without an account, they’re saved in the browser where you made them, up to 5.
On Pro and Team, yes: sign in on your phone and your projects are there, with their pictures. Without an account, they stay in the browser where you made them.
Without an account, clearing cookies and site data can erase your projects, because they live in the browser. On Pro and Team they come back when you sign in again; you may need to add some pictures again.
Yes. Open the Bin on the Projects page and click Restore. Projects stay in the bin until you restore them or delete them forever.
They come over by themselves the first time you sign in on the computer and browser where you used the previous version. A window says “Your carousels are here”. There’s nothing to click.
Nothing is deleted. Every project you have stays and opens, even above 5. Only new projects wait until there’s room.
Enter your idea and create your first carousel.
Welcome back: open the editor and pick up where you left off.
